Beth Meier

I have always had a passion for blending science and nature together to create an optimal life. I graduated from the University of California San Diego with majors in Biology and Psychology. I grew up in the Laguna Beach area as a child enjoying some of the most magical moments living close to the ocean, as well as being in a city that was very spiritually activated. Growing up in this location was perfectly where I needed to be in order to evolve to where I am now and find my purpose in serving others. It was my training in both Biology and Psychology that initially helped me to understand the mind/body connection.

I look forward to working with people that want to align their life values with their actions and I want to encourage and support people that are interested in exploring these new frontiers. We all have the ability to experience inner peace, authentic joy, true love and balance in our lives by connecting to that part of ourselves that is radiant, healed and whole. By connecting with our inner resources we learn to embrace the flow of life so that we can accept and trust changes, rather than fight against them. We all possess very unique strengths and when we make decisions aligned with our life values, we are able to manifest a life of joy, fulfillment and abundance. It is my purpose to share these messages with my students so we may learn together collectively.

Kristin Gibowicz

E-RYT 500 Yoga Instructor & Co-Founder of Beyond the Mat Yoga Collective

I’m Kristin, a wife and a mom of three girls. I’m a big fan of movement, mountains, beaches, books, laughter and labradoodles. I found yoga after suffering from a dark season that included back surgery, disappointment and depression, and learned that breath, movement and meditation were key to my healing. The yoga community, with people from all different backgrounds, helped me embrace belonging, my uniqueness, and foster my gift of teaching. And my yoga mat serves as breathing space, where I can hear the whispers of God amidst the chaos of my thoughts. A 19-year veteran teacher (E-RYT 500), I have thousands of hours of teaching and training experience in many styles of yoga including vinyasa, yin, yoga sculpt, and trauma-sensitive. I want to be a bridge that holds space for God to redeem and restore hearts, souls, minds and bodies. I love being a part of Beyond the Mat Yoga Collective because I want to share the unforced rhythms of grace beyond borders and to people in marginalized communities. I'm also the founder of Living Soul Institute, and I’m passionate about training up and multiplying the light workers here on earth for such a time as this!

Jackie Mahrou

RYT 500 Yoga Instructor & Co-Founder of Beyond the Mat Yoga Collective

It is my goal to make yoga accessible and to help students sustain a devoted practice that serves their highest intentions. I have taught yoga for over 17 years in the Denver area and online, and I am honored to be a part of this incredible yoga collective that inspires us to live yoga beyond the 4 corners of our mats.

My classes are a blend of mindfulness, conscious and purposeful movement, exploration, and encouragement. I aim to teach classes that help students experience and embody presence, freedom, awareness, and inner strength both on and off the yoga mat. I believe that yoga can fuel and nurture us from the inside out so that we can live and act from a place of wholeheartedness and fullness.

Jenn Kirkpatrick

E-RYT 500 Yoga Instructor

Jenn has been practicing yoga for over twenty years, and teaching yoga since 2008. She is a mom of three, a nature lover, a perpetual student, and very much a dog person. She is an E-RYT 500, YACEP, and is trained and certified in numerous yoga disciplines including power vinyasa, yin, yoga nidra, prenatal, and alignment based practices. Jenn has a passion for contemplative practices, and for sharing these practices with others in a kind and attentive way. Her classes will leave you feeling strong and empowered in your body, as well as feeling cared for and held in spirit.
